Well, Ms Sharon, that’s just what I needed to know. To be intentional about my health goals. When I am not intentional, then they seem to slowly disappear. Especially the ones that are really needed and necessary. I definitely need to stay focus, which as you said, will increase my productivity…with everything….not just my health goals. Once again, you are the brains. Thank you Ms Sharon for Caring.
Many of us have the same struggle, Karen. We’re so used to moving about on autopilot, but being intentional requires us to stop, think, prepare and execute. Let’s move out of that mode and actively go after what we want
