What a relevant question that we all should ask someone “how can I help?” , and then really listen to hopefully help in some way. Keep asking this question on purpose to those who may need to hear it! For me your question had me thinking, how can I relax my mind?

Such a great question! Thank you Ms Sharon for asking us. However, I like it all. You discuss things that I had never even thought about. So I want to thank you for picking and choosing your topics. But one that comes to mind for me is how to KEEP WEIGHT OFF. We all might manage to lose at some point in our life but something, somehow, some way it tends to find it’s way BACK HOME (the weight, that is …lol). Can you give us some tips on maintaining….THANK YOU!
