“If nothing ever changed, there’d be no butterflies.”
— Unknown

OMG! How wonderfully stated. One of my clients said her daughter came over and said HI and my client burst into tears…Her daughter asked her what was wrong. And she said everything that is going on in this World…from the fires, to the protest, to the political stuff plus everything else that’s happening in the world. She thought that she was handling it all ok but she was at a breaking point. She felt much better after her release.
So thank you so much Mz Sharon for letting us know that we are allowed to break down! Opening the flood gates! And that goes for MEN too!!!
This was a much needed read! I appreciate you, for what you remind us to do to keep sane!
Thank you for sharing this! We are facing multiple challenges at once and it is sometimes overwhelming. Releasing the stress of it through our tears is one best things we can do for ourselves. There’s no shame in it for anyone.
